Full Wedding Planning – The Elite Package
Wedding planning should be an exciting journey of fun, memorable and stress free decision making moments. Let us be your partner in planning, to help you through stressful hair raising moments and be your creative outlet from the very beginning.
In this capacity we will listen to all of your ideas and dreams and find the perfect vendors to suite them and ways to showcase them. We will provide you with expert advice to address all of your ideas and concerns, help you sort through all of your magazine clippings and pinterest pins in order to, organize and orchestrate all of the logistical details so you never have to worry.
You get to enjoy all the fun aspects of planning your wedding, while avoiding the stress and anxiety of the behind-the-scenes work.
With full planning, we will be there from your first vendor selection to when the last guest departs, to make sure it’s the day you have dreamed about.
When we put together a full event planning package we ask to hear exactly what you would want and need from us. We ask you “how much effort and input do you want in your planning?”, “do you want to be our partner?” or “just a decision maker?” and many other questions to help us better build your custom package. You explain your wants and needs and we make the perfect package and custom quote for your Full Event Design and Planning Package. No two clients are alike so we don’t provide price lists we provide pricing custom to each our our unique clients.

Partial (The Glamour Package) & A La Carte (The Fabulous Package) Planning
These packages are ideal for the bride and groom that have already started planning. If you have your venue chosen then partial and “a la carte” wedding planning allows you to select which services you require help on and which you’ll handle on your own. From helping to design a wedding concept to matching you with those ”hard to check off” vendors along with unlimited recommendations, advice and referrals, let us take care of as much or as little of the planning as you need.
Partial Wedding Design and Planning – The Glamour Package includes:
Initial consultation between client and Elite Glamour planner to determine what services you need assistance with. All services listed on the Full Wedding Planning page are available if needed for the partial wedding design and planning package (check out that page for some highlights of services that can be utilized). With this package you receive 5 Vendor appointments and you need to have your venue already selected.
**Partial Event planning is when you already have your venue and you when you need help with 3 or more major vendors/components of your wedding.
**Usually this package includes vendors that are “hard to find/check off” for the bride and groom or they do not have the time to research all the information needed to make choices.

With this package you will receive 2 vendor appointments.
**Usually when you need help with less than 3 major vendors/components of your wedding
**Usually this package consists of the services that the bride and groom do not have the time to do, or do not know want to do
**** All packages include unlimited recommendations, advice and referrals, 24/7 365 day contact whether through e-mail, text or phone.
Home Stretch Wedding Planning
You have spent months if not years planning out the most important day of your life. Let Elite Glamour Events of New York help you through the home stretch to make sure all your I’s are dotted and T’s are crossed. Our Home Stretch Planning package is for us to assist in the final 30 days leading up to your wedding. We will guide you to ensure your special day is coordinated properly, planned and ready so you are stress free and ready to showcase your amazing touches and details.
Home Stretch Planning services include:
*Discounted Day of Coordination services to ensure your visions are executed flawlessly on t

*Unlimited phone, email and text contact from the day you sign up for the Home Stretch
